Reserve and pay on our website. Your confirmation email has a link to your guest portal.

Register before you arrive
Complete the online registration with your photo ID, vehicle, and phone number. It's required for every stay.

Get your code
On arrival day we send your room number and PIN for the key box next to the office entrance.
Checking In
What time can I check in?
Any time from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. Because check-in is self-service, arriving late in the evening is no problem.
Is there a front desk?
No. The office is not staffed for check-in. Your arrival email has everything you need to get into your room, and we're a phone call away at (575) 517-7847.
What is the online registration?
A short form in your guest portal that asks for the guest's name, a photo ID, vehicle information, a phone number, and agreement to our house rules. It is required for every stay, and we send your access code once it's complete.
Where do I find the registration?
Use the guest portal link in your confirmation email and sign in with your last name and confirmation number.
How do I get my key?
On arrival day we email your room number and a PIN code. The key box is next to the office entrance. Enter your PIN, take your key, and head to your room. Parking is right outside your door.
I haven't received my code. What should I do?
First check that your online registration is complete, then check your spam folder. If it still hasn't arrived, call us at (575) 517-7847.

What time is check-out?
By 11:00 AM. When you leave, drop your key in the key box by the office entrance. There's nothing else to do.

Online, here on our website. Booking and payment are handled online.
I'm booking for a crew or a hunting party. How does check-in work?
The person who makes the booking receives the access information and is responsible for passing it along to the guests who are staying. Registration still needs to be completed for each room before its code is sent.

Are dogs welcome?
Yes. Dogs are welcome at Magdalena Motor Inn.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, property-wide. The network name and password are on the info card in your room.
